Deep Stretch Warm Yin

A warm class and gentle seated practice for softening tight areas in the body and creating a better mind/body connection. Support the body with props, or use the weight of the body to deepen into your stretch.  This breath centered practice provides better range of motion and flexibility to everyone who practices and beautifully compliments an active movement practice!  Appropriate for all levels.

Mala kids yoga

Grounded Kids Yoga teaches way more than down dog! Through Yoga, kids will learn how to tune in to, balance & direct their energy so they feel their best physically & emotionally. They are free to express their personal, authentic & unique gifts in a powerful way. Taught by a certified teacher & yoga therapist, kids will develop mindfulness, building positive self-esteem while growing their little hearts to hold empathy for the world around them.
