Seva
“Seva” is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service” or work performed without any thought of reward or repayment.
Seva, the practice of selfless service, is thought to originate from two forms of yoga, Karma Yoga, the yoga of action, & Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of worship inspired by divine love.
At Mala Yoga Center, we are dedicated to uplifting our community & will always donate when we are able. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve our community.
