Why do you love teaching yoga? I love being able to explore and share the gifts which the practice has provided for me over the last 20+ years, especially with those who think Yoga is NOT for them. Yoga has repeatedly saved my life, making me a better person to myself and all those around me.

​

What can students expect to experience in your class? My students can expect a unique but familiar sequence of Asanas using blocks, props and sometimes straps. I enjoy incorporating breath work, community poses, and pilates while working on strength, balance, alignment and a safe practice. I am along for the journey with each one of my students. I strive for an environment that is safe, fun and loving.

What is the greatest benefit of yoga? Yoga teaches us that you are as old as the health of your spine but besides longevity and health there is a deep connection to your higher self that inspires all of us to become better people.
