Mala Kids Yoga is not your average summer camp program! We provide enriching experiences & summer fun for kids grades K - 5th & offer a social-emotional curriculum that helps kids navigate social pressures, teaches empathy, positive self-esteem & mindfulness. We offer daily yoga classes, music, crafts, gardening in our new vegetable & native plant garden, time to explore nature, & imaginative playtime, healthy snacks & community mealtimes, crafting take-home tools & so much MORE!
Mala Kids Yoga Summer Camp is directed by Kat Casey. Kat has a Masters in Education & over a decade of classroom experience. She is a MSEd Special Education Teacher & Yoga Therapist. Kat's years of classroom experience & education focuses on mindfulness & building positive self-esteem, while growing children’s hearts to hold empathy for the world around them.

Nourish to Flourish: Healthy mind, body and heart Yoga Camp

This fun-filled week will connect your child to the joy of yoga, healthy eating, and mindfulness! They'll explore yoga through food themed yoga classes like our “sweet and salty flow” and “hydration flow”, create vibrant crafts like healthy food vision boards and sensory jars, and whip up delicious snacks like rainbow veggie wraps and fruit parfaits. Our week of nourishment wouldn’t be complete without our all time favorite “sweet treat meditation”!
Through movement, meditation, and mindful eating, your child will learn how to nourish their body, mind, and soul. Give them a summer experience that’s as enriching as it is fun! 🧘🍓

Wildlife Wanderers: Animal Yoga Adventure

This Animal Yoga Adventure invites kids to embark on a week-long journey through the animal kingdom! Each day, we'll explore a different habitat—from the jungle to the sea—through animal-themed yoga poses, crafts, and mindful activities. Kids will enjoy healthy, animal-inspired snacks, create wild and wonderful crafts, and read enchanting animal, yoga and mindfulness themed books. With guided meditations and imaginative play, this camp will inspire movement, creativity, and a love for nature. Let your kiddos little ones stretch, breathe, and grow with us on this unforgettable adventure! 🐾

Pages and Poses: A Yoga Storybook Journey

Step into a world of imagination and mindfulness with our week-long kids' yoga camp, Pages and Poses: A Yoga Storybook Journey! Each day, children will explore beloved stories like Mindful Monkey, Peaceful Panda, Peaceful Piggy Meditation, and more while practicing yoga poses inspired by the tales.
Yogis will enjoy healthy snacks and lunches, creative crafts, and calming meditations to bring the stories to life. The grand finale? Each child will create their own yoga storybook to share with family and friends! Heart & Harmony: A Bhakti Yoga Celebration for Kids

Join us for a week of music, movement, and mindfulness! In this unique yoga camp, children will immerse themselves in the soulful practice of Bhakti Yoga—a celebration of love and community. Each day, we’ll focus on different aspects of Bhakti Yoga, including heart-opening poses, joyful music, and yoga stories. Kids will engage in activities that promote self-expression, compassion, and gratitude, all while learning the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
